• Pro plan is built for serious individual creators and professionals who use Plana daily. You'll unlock video and document generation alongside images, with 150,000 monthly credits to power your consistent workflow. Share links are view-only, ideal for presenting finished work to clients or stakeholders.
• Team plan is where collaboration comes alive. Beyond the increased credits (650,000 monthly to support multiple users), the game-changer is real-time collaboration and editable share links. This means your team can work together on the same project simultaneously, not just share final results. At roughly $42 per person for a 4-person team, it's actually more cost-effective than individual Pro plans while adding powerful teamwork features.
• Enterprise plan transforms Plana into part of your company's infrastructure. With AI model customization, dedicated domains, API access, and custom server setups, you're not just using a tool—you're integrating AI capabilities directly into your business systems.

Planby's Team plan is designed for groups that need to collaborate on projects. The base plan includes up to 4 users, with the option to add more at $35 per user. Each team gets 650,000 monthly credits plus 150,000 additional daily credits, making it scalable for growing workloads. The plan provides project-based permission management, team collaboration tools, and advanced features such as Planby Proposal, Custom Preset, Custom Pipeline, and Instant Share.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For enterprise customers, invoicing and bank transfer options may be available upon request.

At the moment, subscriptions cannot be paused. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

The refund policy may vary depending on the plan type and usage history. Refund requests can be submitted within 2 days of payment, and partial refunds may be issued at Plana discretion based on actual usage.
