• Basic plan gives you 500 monthly credits, 2K resolution, and 5GB storage at just $9/mo. It’s ideal for individuals who want more creative power without committing to a professional plan. Team participation is available.
• Pro plan is built for serious individual creators and professionals who use Plana daily. You'll unlock all models, 2K resolution, and 2,000 monthly credits to power your consistent workflow at $29/mo. Team participation is available, ideal for professionals who want to collaborate.
• Max plan takes it further with 4,000 monthly credits, 4K resolution, and unlimited asset storage at $49/mo. It's designed for professionals with many projects requiring bulk generation and higher quality output.
• Enterprise plan transforms Plana into part of your company's infrastructure. With AI model customization, dedicated domains, API access, and custom server setups, you're not just using a tool—you're integrating AI capabilities directly into your business systems.

Both Pro and Max plans support team participation. You can invite team members to your workspace through the Seat Management feature. Each seat is billed separately based on the plan tier (Pro at $29/mo or Max at $49/mo per seat). Team members share workspace assets and project history, making collaboration seamless.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For enterprise customers, invoicing and bank transfer options may be available upon request.

Yes. We offer discounts for annual subscriptions compared to monthly plans. Enterprise customers and large teams may also be eligible for volume-based or custom pricing. Please contact us through the Contact Us form for more details.

At the moment, subscriptions cannot be paused. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

The refund policy may vary depending on the plan type and usage history. Refund requests can be submitted within 2 days of payment, and partial refunds may be issued at Plana discretion based on actual usage.
