• Free isn't a permanent plan — it's a starting point to fully try out Max. Every new account gets one 7-day free trial with no card required, and during that time you get full access to Max, including 4K resolution and all AI models. When the trial ends, it stops automatically with no charge.
• Starter gives you 500 monthly credits, 2K resolution, and 5GB of storage for $8/mo. It's a good fit for individuals who don't need professional-grade work but want more room to create. Team participation is also available.
• Pro is built for creators and professionals who use Plana every day. You get all AI models, 4K resolution, and 1,600 monthly credits for $20/mo, with Team participation also supported for those who need to collaborate.
• Max provides up to 8,000 monthly credits, 4K resolution, and unlimited asset storage starting at $50/mo. It's designed for professionals running multiple projects at once, or who need bulk generation and top-tier output.
• Enterprise is built to integrate Plana into your company's operating infrastructure. With AI model customization, a dedicated domain, API access, and custom server configurations, it lets you connect and use AI directly within your business systems — well beyond simply using an AI tool.

Both Pro and Max plans support team participation. You can invite team members to your workspace through the Seat Management feature. Each seat is billed separately based on the plan tier (Pro at $20/mo or Max from $50/mo per seat). Team members share workspace assets and project history, making collaboration seamless.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For enterprise customers, invoicing and bank transfer options may be available upon request.

At the moment, subscriptions cannot be paused. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests can be submitted within 2 days of payment, and partial refunds may be issued at Plana's discretion based on actual usage. You can cancel your subscription at any time — after cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made.
